For a perfect pitch, you don't need 100% accuracy, perfect timing, and the perfect angle what you are looking to get is 70% accuracy, a time of 0.10 seconds or better, and an angle of 5 degrees or less. In order to pitch a perfect pitch, I recommend sticking to the 4 Seam Fast Ball as the angle is easier to do in my opinion. This can be a little luck based as the CPUs usually swing at pitches in the strike zone. You will need to get 2 strikes on a batter and then on the third pitch, have it be in the strike zone and have them not swing at it for Strike 3. Once you're ready, you'll want to set the pitcher control and consistency sliders to maximum and set all the CPU hitters' sliders to minimum. It will take a bit of time getting used to pitching this way, so I recommend using a pitcher in practice mode to get used to it first. You are judged on three different things when using pinpoint pitching, these being Accuracy (how accurate you are hitting the first location), Timing (how early or late you are moving the ball from the first location to the second), and lastly, the Angle (left or right of the targeting going from the first location to the second). First you must set pitching to Pinpoint accuracy and set the difficulty to beginner, which will make it easier.
